Our mountain-top vacation rental property is located just 3 miles from Jay Peak Resort offering superb skiing, snow-boarding, x-country and more during the winter. The Jay Peak area averages 350 inches of powder per annum but is more than just a place to visit for a winter holiday in Vermont.
We are a four season destination offering fishing, hiking, swimming in natural swimming holes, mountain biking, golf, horse-back riding...the list goes on. Ultimately a holiday at Ituni Lodge will provide many treasured memories of a lovely New England holiday.
The chalet has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 14 persons. Two fire-places, mountain vistas, high speed internet access are just a few of the benefits of this luxury vacation accomodation in what is known as the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.Area Description
Serene mountain vistas, fresh air and babbling brooks await visitors to Ituni Lodge which is located near the ski resort area of Jay Peak in Northern Vermont. Located 15 miles south of the Canadian border and 1 1/2 hours away from Montreal, this rural, countryside location provides the perfect venue for a ski or snow-boarding vacation in winter, five minutes away from Jay Peak Resort, a winter destination in Vermont with little to no lift lines ever! Other winter activities include snow snoeing within the 45 acres surrounding this chalet, snow-mobiling on the VAST trails that weave in and out of farm properties within Vermont, dog-sledding, Nordic skiing at Haxen's Notch, ice-fishing on Lake Memphremagog which is 20 minutes away, trout fishing in summer in the aptly names Trout River, five minutes away and so much more.
After a day on the slopes, enjoy the hospitality found within Montgomery Center or North Troy, your classic, quaint New England Towns reminiscent of a by-gone era.Transport
